Mansoor, Waleed, and Hammad founded ThePennyLabs to provide businesses with effective, transparent, and bespoke SEO solutions. No candy-coating, no mental gymnastics – just plain, impact-focused SEO analysis and execution without any BS.

Our core belief: Do it right or don’t do it at all!

The vision we saw…

We started our SEO journeys back in 2016, working at different local agencies. Witnessed the exploitation of clients and businesses first-hand. False sales pitches, tampered reports, broken systems, misleading positioning, poor communication – we saw ’em all!

That’s when we first decided to come together and lay down the foundation of ThePennyLabs.

We wanted to build a service that would double down on our positive experiences and learnings and drop the things that didn’t benefit the clients. While all SEO might seem the same: Churn out content at scale, throw the website into a third party tool to get generic reports and recommendations – good and effective SEO requires customization and analysis of the actual dataset that you can only get from Google.

That’s the vision we saw for ThePennyLabs!  

However, it took us 5 years (and we’re still learning, btw!) to equip ourselves with the right knowledge and execution to transform this intangible vision to a tangible one. Proud to say the mistakes didn’t come at the cost of the clients. We burnt our own resources (and rightly so) to get here.

Mansoor is a content strategist, working in the industry since 2018. He specializes in bespoke blog strategies, on-page optimizations, training content teams, and creating content of all different types – including blogs, articles, ebooks, webcopy, email newsletters, and more. He is our resident content expert.

Waleed’s journey into SEO started with his own blog in 2015. He has worked on over 150+ projects across different industries till date, bringing a profound skill set and knowledge base to the table. He is equally comfortable at both content and SEO. He is the Swiss Army Knife of ThePennyLabs.

Waleed’s USP is rooted in adaptability – doing whatever it takes to drive results for his clients.

Hammad has been in the search trenches for 7+ years, working in-house and in freelance capacities with clients globally. He loves auditing and tearing down websites to try to understand them at a deeper level. Interestingly, he likes to do everything manually even in this age of automation.

Hammad’s strength resides in building systems for SEO execution.

My aim with SEO is always to make it practically work for my clients (and help them make money from it). Systems are the key to achieving this. They bring consistency, efficiency, and transparency to our processes.
